1) U Street: The Wydown, a new coffee bar, is opening up a pop-up location for sixth months at 1320 U St. NW, PoPville reports. The coffee shop will eventually relocate to the Louis mixed-use project on 14th St. NW [PLYWOOD]
2) Logan Circle: Speaking of the Louis project, the Tico Mexican restaurant from celebrity chef Michael Schlow is estimating an early 2014 opening, according to a spokeswoman for the complex. [PRE-PLYWOOD]
