BETHESDA— There's already a chef change over at the new Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club. Formerly the sous chef, William Pack Jr. is now in the head position, according to Bethesda Magazine. He replaces Scott Mullen. Pstry chef Lorraine Martineau is now serving as sous chef, and the menu will likely change a bit, according to the owner. This is technically the third chef for the venue, which originally had hired Moses Jackson for the gig. [BM]
