Chef de Cuisine Chris Watson is leaving Robert Wiedmaier's Brabo restaurant, and he's being replaced by Harper McClure, formerly of The Federalist. McClure is no stranger to Wiedmaier's style, having worked under the chef at Marcel's. The restaurant will continue to have a Belgian flair, according to a statement from Kimpton's Lorien Hotel.
Meanwhile, Tom Sietsema caught up with chef Watson, and found out that he's the talent behind Ovvio, that Italian restaurant headed to Dunn Loring.
