Chef Driven Calls it Quits; Trucks and Library Partner

PENN QUARTER— The Food Truck Association is partnering up with the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library for its weekly Books & Bites programs. On Wednesdays, various trucks will park outside the library at 901 G St. NW. [EaterWire]
