The Restaurant Industry Metropolitan Washington handed out the 2013 Rammy Awards last night, designating the best new chefs, restaurants, power spots and more. Big winners included Ashok Bajaj, honored for his work as a restaurateur, and Fabio Trabocchi of Fiola, who took home the coveted Chef of the Year title.
