Here's a second Eater special available during Greasy Spoons Week. Azur is known for its seafood, and so chef Frederik de Pue decided to create a diner-style fried fish sandwich in honor of the occasion.

The sandwich features crispy fried Pacific pollock fillet, red onions, heirloom tomatoes, Bibb lettuce and lemon aioli. It's all on top of a toasted hoagie roll. Diners can enjoy one this week for $14.
