ARLINGTON— Drama continues for the two Ray's Hell Burger restaurants that closed over a landlord dispute. The furniture for the restaurants has literally been kicked to the curb, ARLNOW reports. The owner, who is suing the shopping center, says he'll donate most of the furniture to charity. [ARLNOW]

STERLINGBeltway Brewing is planning to open up a contract brewing facility in Northern Virginia, reports The Washington Business Journal. It could open in the next few weeks, brewing beer for those lacking a facility to do it themselves. [WBJ]
