Two Chefs Get Promoted at Sandoval Restaurants

Two chefs are being promoted within Richard Sandoval's family of restaurants in D.C. The first is Graham Bartlett, who has been hired as the new regional executive chef for the D.C. area. Sandoval's reach in D.C. includes such restaurants as El Centro D.F., Zengo and Masa 14 — Toro Toro, a new concept, and a second El Centro are also on the agenda. Bartlett has worked at Zengo locally, and for such restaurants as L'Espadon in Paris and Hilltop Cafe in Denver.

Jason Streiff is now the chef de cuisine at Zengo. His resume includes Orsay restaurant in Manhattan. He's been at Zengo since 2009.
