In his weekly chat, Todd Kliman says he's excited about the city's burgeoning Asian restaurant scene, but hopes the newcomers are actually good. "I would also hope that as more of these kinds of places find their way onto the scene the tendency of some operations to act as if they have invented the form will fade.
