Want a peek inside Minibar without dropping $225 per head? Wander over to the José Andrés restaurant next Monday.

In honor of the restaurant's 10-year anniversary (including its former location in the Cafe Atlantico building), the restaurant will hold an open house from 5-9 p.m on July 15. The chef Tweeted out the invitation to the public earlier today.

No, he won't be cooking a multi-course tasting menu for hundreds of people, but Minibar and Barmini will be serving a special anniversary cocktail and the chef's take on the Philly Cheesesteak, a classic Minibar course. Attendees will have the chance to win dinner for two at the restaurant, as well as other prizes. In related news, José Andrés is now on Instagram.
