Missy Frederick is the Cities Director for Eater.

Fans of NoVa brewery Mad Fox will no longer have to trek to the suburbs to get a taste of their beer. The brewpub is opening up a second location in the former Mayfair & Pine space in Glover Park.

According to a press release, the new location will open in the first quarter of 2014, and be more than 4,000 square feet in size. They'll call the place Mad Fox Taproom, with seating for 127 people. The beer will still be brewed in Falls Church, though. CEO Bill Madden checked out a whopping 27 different D.C. neighborhoods before settling on the spot.

There will be up to 24 draft and cask beers available at the pub, plus appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, salads and small plates. The company's hoping to take over the location in September to begin work on the project.
