STUFF— Restaurant Eve chef de cuisine (and Eater Young Gun) Jeremy Hoffman is leaving Cathal Armstrong's group of restaurants. He plans to relocate to Annapolis. He's working on his own place, tentatively named Preserve, at 164 Main Street, Washington Post reports. VIENNA— Free funnel cakes aren't the only thing Maple Ave. Restaurant has planned to mark its fourth anniversary. The restaurant will offer a four course menu on August 21 and 22 with the theme "Maple Ave. to Water & Wall," showing the restaurant's growth from the original to its planned second location.
