U STREET— Bill Cosby's love of Ben's Chili Bowl has been well publicized. Turns out the actor is scheduled to be on hand tomorrow for a press conference and party celebrating the restaurant's 55th anniversary. [WaPo]

FOGGY BOTTOM— Tonic at Quigley's brand new patio and outdoor dining space has officially opened. There are additional tables, a retractable awning with lights, heaters and ceiling fans and a total of 100 outdoor seats available.
