Union Catering Coming; Woodlands Vegan Bistro Here

SWITCHEROOS— The owners of Something Stuffed have moved off the streets to start a new venture, Union Catering, according to Food Truck Fiesta. The truck will serve as the food service for incubator Union Kitchen's outdoor beer garden and concert venue. The focus will be on local purveyors. [FTF]

NEW TRUCKS— Georgia Avenue's Everlasting Life Cafe has launched the Woodlands Vegan Bistro truck. They're serving up veg-friendly takes on soul food dishes, like crispy fake fried chicken and macaroni and cheese. Tim Carman says the portions are huge. [WaPo]
