Bread Furst's Apprentices; Teddy's Lunchtime Raw Bar

FARRAGUTTeddy & the Bully Bar is launching a new raw bar at lunch. They'll have four types of oysters, as well as lobster and shrimp available. It all starts tomorrow. They're also planning to launch a carving station on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays next week, along with new lunch deals. [EaterWire]

VAN NESS— Restaurant incubator Nurish is teaming up with the upcoming Bread Furst on a new project. Translation: five would-be bakers will get the chance to learn the art of baking from Mark Furstenberg, as well as other business-related skills through the program.
