Masa 14 has a new chef leading day-to-day operations at t the Kaz Okochi/Richard Sandoval restaurant. Eric McKamey has been appointed chef de cuisine.
The D.C. native has cooked most recently in such kitchens as The Curious Grape and PassionFish. He'll be overseeing the restaurant's fall menu, which will include such dishes as Thai Shrimp Ceviche and Drunken Adobo Pork.
