Eno Wine Bar Snags Minibar's Jeffrey Barrientos

Eno Wine Bar, the chic new addition to the Four Seasons opening in early October, has brought on local sommelier and manager Jeffrey Barrientos to oversee its wine program.

Barrientos most recently worked as an assistant general manager at Minibar. He also was a beverage manager at The Source, an assistant manager and sommelier at Sou'Wester, and spent time as a wine steward for the Ritz Carlton's Vineyard Grill in Orlando.

Under his supervision, Eno is poised to have hundreds of options of both Old World and New World wines, as well as some Virginia wines, including those from King Family Vineyards, Paradise Spring Winery and Barboursville. About half will be priced under $50. Eno plans to offer 50 wines by the glass, eight wines on tap and wines priced $9 per glass and higher.
