Baby steps. Granville Moore's will never be a huge restaurant. But the mussels and beer destination will be getting a revamp that adds additional seating and overhauls the restaurant's miniscule kitchen.
The restaurant has rejiggered the layout to make things appear roomier. Four seats were cut from the bar to make room for a large booth near the front window upstairs. The kitchen will borrow space from a former storage room to expand from its current 100 square footprint. They'll add an oven, which is a key change for the restaurant, allowing them to experiment more with menu items. There's also some new signage outside.
Granville Moore's Teddy Folkman recently updated the menu for fall, adding a changing selection of fried mussels, kale salad, potato croquettes with manchego and other items, including fried chicken.
