LOGAN CIRCLE— Right Proper Brewing Company's Thor Cheston has consulted with Cork Wine Bar on a new beer program. The restaurant will serve up beers meant to pair well with the restaurant's food selections, including the Cellar Door from Stillwater Artisanal Ales, and the U.K.'s Crabbie's Ginger Beer. Cork, primarily known for its wines, is also working on improving its cocktail list. [EaterWire]

BLOOMINGDALEDC Brau, Red Hen and Linden winery are releasing their next collaboration beer Oct. 1. The beer, aged in a Bordeaux barrel, is a porter with a red wine influence called the Dorcia. They've made eight kegs and will be serving it for $9 a pint until it's gone. [EaterWire]
