Congratulations to José Andrés, who was honored with the Hispanic Heritage Award given by the White House. The honor's been around since 1987, and Andrés is the first chef to receive it. He was given the Design Award, which focuses on art and design, at a gala event last night at the Kennedy Center. Other winners this year included actor Diego Luna and race car driver Juan Pablo Montoya.
