Chefs for Equality Returns; The Source Gets Ducky

EVENT PLANNINGChefs for Equality is back. The gala benefit for the Human Rights Campaign made a big splash last year, and it returns Oct. 30 with a full lineup of chefs including Dean Gold, Bryan Voltaggio, Teddy Folkman, Jeff Black and more. Tickets are $150 and now on sale. [EaterWire]

PENN QUARTER— Eight chefs are putting together an event at The Source next Wednesday that's all about duck. For $99 a person, guests can have a dinner (paired with Grey Goose martinis) with duck dishes from Nathan Anda, Bertrand Chemel, Mike Isabella and more.
