You, Too, Can Own an Amorini Panini

Sandwich fiends Amorini Panini are going the franchise route. The restaurant that got its start from founder Matt Gray (who also operates a food truck of the same name) will begin selling franchises throughout the Mid-Atlantic this month. Paninis are, of course, a specialty of the fast casual spot, along with soups and salads. They've thrown together a video targeted at would-be store operators.
