There's a new menu at Bar Pilar courtesy of Jesse Miller, who replaced Justin Bittner (now at 8407 Kitchen) back in October. Good news: the bar's love of offal has not disappeared. Items such as pickled pig ear slaw are on the menu, alongside coffee-rubbed pork sliders, crab mac and cheese and duck confit and bison pot pie.
The restaurant will offer a happy hour with $5 rotating rum daiquiris, red and white wines, sparkling wine and beer. Trotter tots remain on the menu (also $5 at happy hour, along with other bites). Here's the full menu.
