GLOVER PARK— Sprig and Sprout is doing a celebration for the Vietnamese Tet, a weeklong festival celebrating the "Feast of the First Morning of the First Day." For the restaurant's January Supper Club, the decor will be over-the-top, with big lanterns, dragons and other details.
