Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab has announced the team for its D.C. restaurant, and it includes a few familiar D.C. faces. One is Billy Klein, who will be the restaurant's chef de cuisine. Klein most recently worked at Pulpo, and was well-known for his stint at Cafe Saint-Ex as well.
Also slated for the restaurant: Marco Maffeo-Robinson, who will act as the restaurant's in-house mixologist. He previously worked at the W's POV lounge. Paul Ruttimann, whose resume includes Le Diplomate and Rasika, will be on the sommelier team.
Other announced staff members for the restaurant include Hollis Bradley Pica for events and executive chef Chris Morvis. Vice President and partner Gary Baca will assist with the D.C. opening. Joe's is slated to debut later this month, serving up seafood, key lime pie and steaks.
