When it opens later this month, Pennsylvania-themed bar Second State (which is replacing The Mighty Pint) plans to charge $1 if they use artisanal ice in a cocktail.Washington City Paper reports the ice comes from the local company Favourite Ice, and the bar says despite the upcharge, it still loses money on the ice.
