Jamie MacBain IN at Daikaya

Popular D.C. Bartender Jamie MacBain has taken a gig at Daikaya. A publicist for the Japanese restaurant confirms the move, but said MacBain has just started in the position and will debut some new cocktails once he's settled in. Lukas Smith has left the restaurant.

MacBain was recently working with Duane Sylvestre at Bourbon Steak. Sylvestre will remain as solo head bartender for the Georgetown power spot, according to a spokeswoman.
