Chez Billy Sud, the second location of Petworth's original French restaurant, opens tonight in Georgetown.
Chef Brendan L'Etoile is cooking up dishes like confit de canard and saucisse lyonnaise at the French eatery. The restaurant from Eric and Ian Hilton has a spacious patio and plenty of wine, and is aiming to be a relaxed neighborhood hangout.
