ARLINGTON— The former owner of Kitty O'Shea's in Arlington is opening a new Irish pub. The Celtic House will open in a few weeks on Columbia Pike, according to ARLNOW. [ARLNOW]

GEORGETOWN— The Four Seasons food truck is in town this week, serving up dishes like kimchee grilled cheese. Dishes are priced $3-$9. The hotel chef's Doug Anderson and Bourbon Steak's chef Joe Palma are manning the truck at different times. They're canceling it tonight on account of rain, but look for it in the PNC Bank parking lot in Georgetown Saturday from 12-2 serving Seasons' menu. [EaterWire]
