Falafel fans, your time has come: Amsterdam Falafel opens up its Clarendon location tonight at 3024 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington.
The Adams Morgan institution has been expanding in recent months. Owner David Rosenstein (who owns several Popeye's locations) is behind latest location. He will open additional locations in Georgetown, downtown, Bethesda and Silver Spring. The company is franchising to take the restaurant national.
