ROSSLYN— The wine bar which is replacing the departed Cafe Assorti in Rosslyn opens tonight. Northern Virginia Magazine reports Bistro 360, from the owner of Cassatt's in Arlington, will open tonight starting at 6 p.m. There will be a market, and the restaurant will serve wine and Mediterranean food.
