Osteria Morini's Matt Adler and Alex Levin are joining chefs Jonah Kim and John Courtney from Las Vegas for October's Anju pop-up at Mandu. That means pasta is on the menu with short rib-filled ravioli topped with scallions and sesame seeds. Besides the bulgogi ravioli, find bar snacks like shrimp and grits, crispy spiced chicken feet, braised octopus and green tea rice pudding.
At the bar, James Woods from Bourbon in Adams Morgan will be pouring special cocktails, including a Bourbon bubble tea. The full menu is below, and the event kicks off on Friday at 10 p.m.
