Penn Quarter's Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar just added Matthew Zagorski as their new executive chef, and they're about to roll out a new menu too. Debuting at the end of October, Cuba Libre's menu includes Latin Grill entrees inspired by Chef/Partner Guillermo Pernot's recent travels in Cuba. Try fish seared in olive oil on a flat iron grill, or a mixed grill option with adobo-rubbed sirloin steak, chimichurri steak, jumbo shrimp, herb marinated chicken breasts and chorizo sausage.
