Bethesda Will Get the D.C. Area's Second True Food Kitchen

True Food Kitchen just opened its first area location in Merrifield, and the company is already ready for a second one. The restaurant will open in Bethesda at the new apartment development, Solaire Bethesda.

The complex isn't slated to open until 2016, though. The restaurant will occupy more than 6,000 square feet.

True Food Kitchen's menu is based on the anti-inflammatory diet. The Fairfax location serves such dishes as fall vegetable salad, bison burgers and kale-ade.
