Gluten-Free Pasta Purveyors to Take Over Toki

The Del Posto chef with a gluten-free pasta company will present a menu at the ramen house on Nov. 6.

Pasta fans on a gluten-free diet should head to an unlikely place Nov. 6 — a ramen house.

Del Posto chef Mark Ladner is doing a takeover pop-up event at Toki Underground. The chef, who runs Pasta Flyer (which was born out of a Kickstarter campaign), is making stops in several cities to publicize the product.

In D.C., they'll be serving lunch and dinner until closing. The restaurant's pastry chef Brooks Headley will also be preparing veggie burgers for the occasion. Seating will be first come, first serve. The menu:
