Right Proper Brewing Company has a new chef in Jim Jeffords.
Jeffords recently worked at Evening Star Cafe, the Neighborhood Restaurant Group restaurant in Del Ray. He'll continue the restaurant's emphasis on farm-focused food with a Southern influence.
Robert Cain has left the Shaw brewery to open a resort in Belize.
Jeffords' resume also includes Catch in Boston and five years at CityZen.
