Ovvio's new chef Richard Hetzler is adding everything from suckling pig to veal ravioli to the Merrifield restaurant's menu.
Hetzler came to the restaurant from the acclaimed Mitsitam Cafe at the National Museum for the American Indian earlier this summer. He's now a managing partner at the restaurant as well. The restaurant is still offering a two-item "quickie" lunch for $12, but the menu has been completely revamped. New items range from chicken piccata to a grilled Caesar salad.
