Toro Toro Branches Out with Korean and Spanish Barbecue

Toro Toro is launching a quarterly barbecue series that will highlight a different country's barbecue style every few months.

The series will emphasize recipes from Mexico, Japan, Korea and Spain this year. First up is Mexico, which will run through December 31. Expect dishes like beef cheeks al mezcal, smoked eggplant campeche, pork barbacoa and more.

The dishes are available only during dinner service, and will be priced $7-$34.
