Union Kitchen Will Run the Cafe at the National Museum of Women in the Arts

Expect sandwiches, cookies and more.

The National Museum of Women in the Arts is teaming up with food incubator Union Kitchen for its new cafe.

The new cafe (located on the Mezzanine level at 1250 New York Ave. NW) will be open for weekday lunches beginning a week from today.They'll have DS Deli sandwiches, salads, coffee, Blind Dog Cafe baked goods and more. Union Kitchen will also handle catering for some museum events.

Expect sandwiches like harissa-roasted cauliflower, an Alabama white barbecue chicken salad and more. Jacob Hunter and Will Fung will operate the cafe.
