Trummer's on Main's New Garden Menu Caters to Vegetarians

There's no perfunctory composed vegetable plate on this menu.

Vegetarians can eat even better than usual at Trummer's on Main, thanks to a new plants-based Garden Menu the restaurant is introducing.

Chef Austin Fausett is looking to highlight seasonal ingredients with the menu. It can be ordered a la carte or customized into a vegetarian tasting menu. The menu changes daily; items are priced a la carte from $12-$24.

Roasted Garlic Soup

lemon vodka whipped cream,

House Made Burrata

arugula pesto, figs, 
cranberry vinaigrette & VA peanuts

Sweet Potato & Sage Rosti Napoleon

chanterelle mushrooms, warm espelette
