Eat the Rich is undergoing some changes. Don Rockwell said on his message boardyesterday that Drew Trautmann is the new chef at the Shaw bar and restaurant.
Owner Derek Brown confirmed the news to Eater today via email.
Trautmann was the chef behind District Kitchen (before that Mendocino Grille). Eater has reached out to chef Julien Shapiro for any information on his next move.
