Chaia, the vegetarian taco seller currently available at two farmers markets across D.C., will open its first brick-and-mortar location, reports Young & Hungry. Founders Bettina Stern and Suzanne Simon, who label their meat-free goods as "farm to taco," will open up shop in a charming little building on Grace St. NW in Georgetown at some point in 2015.
