Las Vegas seafood chain Lobster ME — of souped-up lobster roll fame — is opening in Bethesda's Westfield Montgomery Mall this Friday, November 21. This will be the fast-casual company's third location, with two already opened in Vegas. The Maryland grand opening was previously slated for late October, but finally lobster mac & cheese and lobster tacos have to wait no longer.
