Lindsay Autry IN at Firefly

Lindsay Autry joins the Firefly team as executive chef.

Autry might look familiar: she placed third in season nine of Top Chef, set in Texas. Prior to joining Firefly, Autry served as an executive chef at the Sundy House and the Omphoy Ocean Resort in Palm Beach, Florida. The Johnson & Wales University graduate's resume also includes positions at several of James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein's restaurants.

Autry will unveil new menus at Firefly in 2015, and she aims to develop dishes that blend Mediterranean flavors with her Southern roots, with a focus on seafood and conscientious sourcing.
