The planned Busboys & Poets location opening in Ward 8 will include a hospitality and culinary training center, thanks to a new partnership.
Busboys, which is opening a restaurant at 2010 Martin Luther King Ave. SE, is partnering with the Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative on the venture. Meanwhile, the restaurant will be about 7,000 square feet in size (it's in a building owned by the nonprofit).
This is the second major partnership announced by Busboys in recent weeks. They're also teaming up with Politics & Prose on the bookstores inside their restaurants.
