Washington City Paper's food editor Jessica Sidman interviewed Rose's Luxury chef Aaron Silverman for the alt-weekly's "People Issue." Silverman reveals that he gets recognized at Benihana, that Rose's is getting some upgrades in the form of new shelving and additional tables — and that he has so many tangential ideas for new places, including a coffee shop, a converted izakaya and even "a book store and/or a garden store." Oh, and he talks about wanting to open up his home to do intimate dinners (fingers crossed.) [WCP]
