Murphy's of DC, the Irish-themed Woodley Park pub that opened on St. Patrick's Day 1986, is closing this weekend, reports Prince of Petworth. Sunday the 23rd is the last day for the bar, whose lease was not renewed, though apparently there's already a replacement planned: an Italian restaurant. [PoP]
