Popped! Republic's food truck has been stolen, reports Young & Hungry (via DCist.) Popped! owner Rich Arslan discovered the theft — of Popped's customized 1997 GMC step van — when he arrived at the truck's Arlington parking lot early this morning. A police report has been filed, but Arslan's fearing the worst (stripped for parts, ugh.)
