NOMA— This weekend sees the start of holiday market pop-up at Union Market from Mess Hall, a local food incubator. Beginning this Saturday, shop goodies from makers including Cajun Meets Asian, Wanderlust Coffee Roasters and True Tonics among others. The pop-up continues through the holiday season and will definitely be open on the weekends — weekday hours to be determined by customer demand. [Eaterwire]
MOUNT VERNON SQUARE— Tomorrow is the DC Craft Beer Festival, also known as a chance to sip 150 beers from 75 American breweries. $49 tickets gain entry and guarantee unlimited 2oz. pours of brews, as well as access to boozy lectures. [WCP]
NOMA— Good news, last-minute Thanksgiving planners: Union Market's got extended hours before Turkey Day. Whereas they're usually closed the first day of the week, Union Market will be open the Monday before (that's Nov. 24), for three glorious hours, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Assorted vendors will also be open Thanksgiving day.
