GEORGETOWN— Fiola Mare has a new executive chef. Brinn Sinnott has taken the reigns at Fabio Trabocchi's Georgetown restaurant, Tom Sietsema revealed in his chat today. He most recently worked for Stephen Starr's restaurant group. [WaPo]
